“But, we don’t have anything that has fruit on it, in it , or around it.” Ok, so I’ve never regifted something but have definitely thought about giving this certain picture frame away that I got a couple of years ago. Yes, we still have it and I cringe every time I see it in the back of the closet. It was a Christmas gift from a friend-I’ll call the gift giver “Susie”. Well, Susie handed us the gift and when we opened it, there was that blank stare look. You know the one…it’s the one where you don’t know what to say because you don’t want to hurt anybody’s feelings.  Then my head starts to wander off– “Were you in Big Lots and the power went out, so you grabbed the first thing you touched? What the heck were you thinking?” I finally came back to reality, put it back in the bag and went on to the next gift. So yeah, Susie’s gift was a terrible idea. Sorry if you love fruit all over your house and can’t understand how someone else couldn’t love fruit. We’re just not those kind of people. Here’s my question for you: Is there a gift you’ve ever been given and wanted to immediately throw it at them? Or, have you thought about regifting something, but haven’t had the guts to? What was it?
