Good stuff Adam. Looking forward to your suggestions. Of course, I still advocate that you employ the socialism method and share followers/blog traffic with those of us who don't have as much as you do.

good stuff man. yes definitely having a goal already in mind will help you determine the direction you want to go. My first goal was building blog traffic so I went the twitter route. seems to work pretty well. the only other thing that seems to work well is commenting on other blogs and getting others to click on links from there.

awesome man. comments do have good short term return but growing a community on something like twitter is something that has given me more long term traffic.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to this week. I know I'm seriously lacking in the twitter department. I'm more about blog commenting right now - that's where I spend a lot of time online.

The main reason I've not gotten into twitter is because I haven't seen much conversion. Right now, comments have a better ROI for me. There's a ton of twitter tips out there, but I'm looking more for an overall strategy that will convert.

So yeah, I'm looking forward to seeing what you have to say. Thanks so much.

Great post Adam! The only thing I would add is that you should start with some sort of goal in mind and build your strategy around that. It will help you determine if you are spending too much time on Twitter if you know what you want to accomplish in the space.
