break it up

March 10, 2010 in blog with 12 Comments

I’ve been writing and thinking about a lot of serious stuff lately. I like to break up the serious junk with some fun stuff here and there because it keeps me sane. It gets overwhelming for me when I write about a ton of serious stuff and I’m guessing it does the same to the reader. It’s kind of a formula in a way. So, do you have a “formula” to your blog or do you just keep it all on the same topic?

Wherever my mind is that particular day. No formula.

I wish I had some formula, but most of my stuff is totally random.

Well, I try to put a little fun sometimes, funny pictures, funny stories, I think we all need that once in a while.

I have a little but of a formula that I use for at least 4 days a week. The rest are totally random.

Mmmm, I am a occasional blogger with the intention of being a daily blogger, like yourself. Therefore when I do make the time to blog, it tends to have some randomness yet some hidden agenda. Lately it has been filled with random thoughts and daily do's. I usually try to add a message to it by keeping it casual, no sermons needed, simply inspire others to draw closer to God.

I'm still a novice at the blogging thing and have not yet established an intentional pattern. I want it to be a good mixture of different things. We shall see.

Mine is very random… I don't post daily – or even weekly… but I am always thinking of stuff to put there – it just never gets done. I guess I have ADHD, because I often get distracted with whatever I am doing at the time…
