Believing In Yourself Before Others Do

We all have dreams and if you don’t have any, then you have to make some.
If you already know what your dreams are, don’t give up on them, because we all know that’s what you REALLY want to do.
But, you want to know what reaching dreams begin with?
Dreams begin in believing in yourself. They begin with knowing that you can actually do it.
To do this, you have to cut out all negativity. You have to change your “self-talk”.
When I focused on this, I didn’t even realize that I talked really negatively. I would start sentences with “I don’t know if I can, but…” and “I think…”. Those phrases had already set me up for failure before I even finished my thought.
Confidence starts with “self-talk” because your wildest dreams sound pretty crazy right now. I know mine do…
Most likely, you haven’t told a lot of others about your crazy dreams because they’re so unrealistic in other’s minds. It’s almost embarrassing. They sound unbelievable once the words come out of your mouth, so you just tell those closest to you…maybe. This is especially true if you want to be in a totally different occupation than the one you are in now.
Have you given your future much thought? Do your have your goals, hopes and dreams written down somewhere?
Challenge: Take a few minutes to think about this. With all obstacles out of the way, who do you REALLY want to become or are you already there? You can leave a comment below.
